Resurrection Day Activities, April 17, 2022
Easter morning started with a SONrise Service at 7:00 a.m. It was a short service of praise and worship to our resurrected Lord Jesus Christ. Two songs are featured below, but more will be on the special page called, Easter, 2022.
Following the SONrise Service, we had a wonderful breakfast, of egg casseroles, fruit, pastries, rolls, muffins, and many other delicious breakfast items provided by the members of the church.
Next, there was a huge egg hunt for the children on the playgfound. Candy was in most of the eggs, but some had surprise certificates for gift cards.
The morning was followed by two complete worship services!
The Lord was lifted up, as were our spirits, because of gathering together on this most special day.
